Amazing!
Amazing hotel. Great location with a wonderful panoramic view on the Ortisei city and the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, the food was tasty and very well presented. The spa facilities are amazing. There is an outdoor, heated pool where you can swim under the snow and enjoy in the panoramic view. Hope to come back

Absolutely stunning. Best hotel we have ever visited.
The breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. The location is close to town and very close to bus- it can be picked up at the end of the driveway. Some top hiking spots are minutes away with a complimentary shuttle. The staff is kind and welcoming. The place is super clean. The 5 course dinners are out of this world.

Amazing hotel 10/10
Amazing hotel. Great location for close by town. Great for exploring the dolomites. Offers free local buses for those without a car. We had our luggage delayed on arrival and therefore arrived late and missed out on dinner. Hotel very helpful as we had driven 3.5 hours from venice after delay and made us sandwiches. Lovely restaurant and staff. Great facilities. The superior rooms (we had one) were very modern. View was amazing over local town. We had a standard room also - this was less modern but view was perhaps even better. Spa facilities amazing.
Lack of air conditioning. Was very warm in the dolomites at this time
